Section “I would like to establish the Branch office (separate business unit)”

I. What does it mean?

v     Separate business unit of the legal person – is a Branch office or other unit of the legal person, that is situated out of its location and makes products, performs works and operations or provides services in self-contained workflow with a legal person, or representative office that represents and protects the interests of the legal person.

v     Branch and representative offices are not the legal persons. They are endowed with a property of the legal person-founder and act according to the approved regulations.

v        The directors of the branch and representative offices shall be appointed by the legal person and should act according to the granted power of attorney. щ

II. What papers are required for the documents preparation and entering the information concerning separate business unit in the Single state register*?

v     The legal person shall provide the following documents:

- copy of the Certificate of state registration;

- copy of the Certificate of tax registration;

- copy of the Certificate of entering in the Single state register of the Ukrainian enterprises and organizations;

- copy of the minutes on appointment of director;

- copy of the articles of association.

v     Director, chief accountant of the separate business unit shall provide the following documents:

- copy of the passport;

- copy of the identification number.

IIIII. Cost. Expenses. Terms.

v     Basic service package for establishment of the separate business unit. This package includes: preparation of the draft regulations on separate business unit, entering the information concerning separate business unit in the Single state register, obtaining the permission for the seal making, seal making, registration in all compulsory funds (in necessary), registration in State Tax Inspectorate.

- The cost of this package comes to 1 200,00 UAH

- Term is 8 working days after the signing of the documents.

v     Advanced service package for establishment of the separate business unit. This package includes: “Basic package” + assistance in documents preparation for the opening of permanent account and notification to the tax authorities on opening of permanent account.

- The cost of this package comes to 1 350,00 UAH

- Term is 9 working days after the signing of the documents.

v     Expenses.

- The compulsory expenses occurring while establishing of the separate business unit (seal making, state dues, notary services) may vary from 350,00 UAH to 500,00 UAH depending on your requests and wishes.
